Abstract

The meat processing industry consists of companies that are primarily involved in the slaughter of different animal species, such as cattle, pigs, sheep, lambs, or calves, to obtain meat for sale or use on the same premises for different purposes. In North Central Timor itself, many people still use traditional methods to process beef from livestock. This can be seen from the large number of people who only process beef to buy and sell again, such as at markets or other places where meat is sold. This is then felt to be lacking if VII it is only managed like this. Therefore it encourages the author to create a plan for a beef processing factory in North Central Timor. In response to this, designing a meat processing plant is very necessary to overcome these various problems. By using an Environmentally Friendly Architecture approach as a solution to factory design problems. Keywords: Factory, Meat processing
