Abstract
Faujia Lalus (31120001). Thesis Title: “The Influence of Road, Water and Electricity Infrastructure on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRP) in Kupang City”. Supervised by Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE., MM as the first advisor and Mrs. Enike Tje Yustin Dima, SE., ME as the second advisor. The economic growth of a region is greatly influenced by the availability of adequate infrastructure. This study aims to: (1) Determine the influence of road infrastructure on GRDP in Kupang City. (2) Determine the influence of distributed clean water on GRDP in Kupang City. (3) Determine the influence of electricity usage on GRDP in Kupang City. (4) Determine the influence of road, water, and electricity infrastructure on GRDP in Kupang City. This research uses a quantitative research method. The data source used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) related to the length of roads, the amount of distributed clean water, and the amount of electricity usage in Kupang City from 2008-2022. The analysis in this study includes four tests: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R²) test using Eviews 12. Based on the results of this study, it was found that simultaneously, road, water, and electricity infrastructure affect GRDP in Kupang City, with a coefficient of determination (R²) 61.93%. Partially, the road infrastructure variable has a negative and significant effect on GRDP, the distributed clean water variable has a positive but not significant effect on GRDP, and the electricity usage variable has a positive and significant effect on GRDP in Kupang City.
