Abstract

Gisheyla Elwy Kuleng, Student ID Number 33120105 with the title of the thesis "Analysis of the Realization Report of District Income and Expenditure Estimates on Financial Bodies and District Assets of West Manggarai Regency". Under the guidance of Mr. Leopold MT. Dawu, SE, MM as supervisor I and Mr. Alfonsus R. Suninono, SE, M. Ak as supervisor II. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the Regional Government of West Manggarai Regency in realizing the regional income and expenditure budget. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the West Manggarai District Government in realizing regional income and expenditure budgets. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by using data collection techniques, namely documentation, observation and interview techniques. The results of the research carried out at the West Manggarai District Finance and Asset Agency on the Analysis of the Realization Report I of the District Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) show that the performance of the district's income in the year 2020 to 2022 is considered to be effective because it is in the range of 90%-100%, Where in 2020 it was 95.97%, in 2021 it was 95.96% and in 2022 it was 94.36%, this shows that the regional government has succeeded in improving its performance from its original income target, which is a good indicator of the district's financial performance in realizing planned income While the performance of regional government spending in West Manggarai Regency for the years 2020 and 2022 is judged to have not saved the spending budget efficiently, this can be seen from the fact that there is a figure exceeding the spending budget, namely in 2021 amounting to 112.32% and in 2022 amounting to 94.46% The ratio level that reaches the efficient criteria in 2021 is 78.31%. Suggestion, the West Manggarai District Government should be able to defend their performance results, especially in terms of optimizing the local income they get.
