Abstract

This research discusses the development of a payroll information system for employees in a sub-district. The purpose of this study is to improve efficiency in the employee payroll process and reduce the potential for errors that can occur in salary calculations. The methods used in this study are system requirements analysis, database design, application development, and functional testing. The result of this study is an integrated payroll application system, allowing the processing of employee data, attendance, and assessment components such as allowances, deductions, and incentives. This system also provides payroll reports that can be accessed by related parties. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that the payroll process will be faster, more accurate and transparent.
