Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the performance of the government of the district in the administrative service of occupation in Ile Mandiri district of East Flores. (2) the factors that influence the Performance of the Government of the Districts in the administration of occupations in the department of Ile Mandiri districts of East flores. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research informants are the Secretary of the District, Kasie Government, service officers and the community of Ile Mandiri District. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawings. The results of the research showed as follows: (1) The performance of the government of the district in the administrative service of the population in the Ile Mandiri district of East Flores. (a) The tangible dimension of the self-servicing system has been performing well, with respect to the comfort of the place, the ease of service, and the discipline of the officer. But sometimes there's a lack of discipline when it comes to entering the office. (b) The Reliability Dimension of the SelfGovernment has been good in performing the service. But there are still shortcomings regarding the unclear standard of service, as well as the ability of the officers is still lacking. (c) The Responsiveness Dimension (responsiveness) of the self-governance is good in carrying out the service process, but not on time. (d) The Assurance Dimension relating to the guarantee of the Government's costs of Self-governing the situation is very good but has not yet been guaranteed the accuracy of the timing. (e) The Empathy Dimension of the Self-Serving Service Officer serves the community with kindness and courtesy, but sometimes the officer still prevails over his personal interests. (2) The factors affecting the performance of the government in the administrative service of the population in the Ile Mandiri district of East Flores are internal and external factors. Internal factors are inadequate supplies, lack of service officers, and the minimum of auxiliary tools. Whereas the external factor is the service patterns and methods of provision of services are not maximum.
