Abstract

Fredrikus Royanto Bau ( 811211018 ) Master of Management Study Program with the research title "The Influence of the Work Environment, On the Job Training and Job Analysis on Employee Work Productivity at LPP TVRI Nusa Tenggara Timur Station with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable". This thesis is under the guidance of Dr. Simon Sia Niha SE., M.Si as supervisor I and Dr. Stanis Man SE, M.Si as supervisor II. This research aims to (1) Describe employee perceptions about the work environment, on the job training, job analysis, work productivity and job satisfaction at LPP TVRI East Nusa Tenggara Station. (2) Knowing the significance of the influence of the work environment, on the job training and job analysis on the job satisfaction of LPP TVRI NTT Station employees. (3) Knowing the significance of the influence of the work environment, on the job training and job analysis on the work productivity of LPP TVRI NTT Station employees (4) Knowing the significance of the influence of job satisfaction on the work productivity of LPP TVRI NTT Station employees. (5) Find out whether job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment, on the job training and job analysis on the job satisfaction of LPP TVRI NTT Station employees? The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with field studies. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the SEM-PLS method which is operated using the Smart PLS program version 3.3.8 (2024). The research results show that (1) Employees' perceptions of the work environment, on the job training, job analysis, work productivity and job satisfaction at LPP TVRI East Nusa Tenggara Station are categorized as good. (2) There is a significant effect of on the job training (X2) on work productivity (Y) while the work environment (X1) and job analysis (X3) do not have a significant effect on work productivity (Y). (3) There is a significant influence between the work environment (X1), on the job training (X2) and job analysis (X3) on job satisfaction (Z). (4) There is a significant influence of job satisfaction (Z) on work productivity (Y). (5) Job satisfaction (Z) can mediate the influence of the work environment (X1) and job analysis (X3) on work productivity (Y) while the influence of on-the-job training (X2) on work productivity (Y) cannot be mediated by job satisfaction ( Z).
