Abstract
This study aims to find out the impact of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Styles on the Performance of Officers in the Human Resource Development Agency (Bkpsdm) of Kupang District. It is expected to contribute to science in the field of human resources management in order to provide solutions for improvement of performance in an organization or agency to improve the performance of an organization. This research is quantitative and has a population of 77 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data and qualitative data is grouped into primary and secondary data. The data collection technique of this study is with questionnaires and documentation studies. Images of performance, work discipline, organizational culture and transformational leadership styles in BKPSDM Kupang Baik district, seen from the achievement of performance that has been improved, the working discipline is more emphasized on the absence / presence of working hours, observance of the rules in force, the organization culture at BKPSDM Kupang District, the behaviour of the individual staff member is very concerned with the outcome of his work so that his work in the office becomes optimal and timely and the leadership style applied this emphasizes more on the participation of team members in decision-making and well-executed. Leaders will seek the opinions and advice of all team members before making decisions. With a good leadership style like this can strengthen engagement among team members and encourage the creation of a cooperative and productive working environment. Work discipline can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient on the variable of work discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employee, hence the hypothesis accepted. Working discipline, organizational culture and transformational leadership styles simultaneously influence the performance of BKPSDM officers in Kupang district, thus accepting alternative hypotheses.
