Abstract

Title of the study: Transformation of Tiba Meka Cultural Values in Administrative Services in Desa Leong, Kecamatan Lamba Leda Selatan, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. The purpose of this study is to explain the transformation of Tiba Meka cultural values in administrative service in Desa leong. This study highlights the role of Tiba Meka culture in improving the quality of public services through an approach that respects guests and strengthens social relationships. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method. The theory used in this research is the theory of cultural values Tiba Meka (Gede Wira Bayu 2019), with indicators such as 1) openness, 2) humility. 3)responsibility, 4) honor by integrating the values openness, humility, honor, and responsibility, the village government seeks to create transparent and responsive service to the needs of the community. The results of the study show that the application of local cultural values can improve administrative services and support the welfare of village communities.
