Abstract

The Malaka District Social Services Agency, particularly in the empowerment sector, operates a community welfare program known as the Family Hope Program (PKH). Time constraints often pose a challenge in the selection process for Family Hope Program (PKH) beneficiaries, as most of the data is still being processed or selected manually by officials. The lack of clarity in the selection process has raised various concerns at the Malaka District Social Services Office and among the community. These challenges include delays in the disbursement of funds allocated for the Family Hope Program (PKH). These delays have made it difficult for those in need of the funds to address the issues they are facing. The use of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with WEB is expected to assist social welfare officers in Malaka District in determining who is eligible to receive assistance under the Family Hope Program (PKH). The SAW technique requires decision-makers to assign weights to each attribute. The total score for each alternative is calculated by multiplying the values (which are equivalent among the qualities). Each attribute assessment must be dimension-free, meaning it has undergone matrix normalization. Data on recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) is, of course, required to meet the needs of the beneficiary selection process. The system will be developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The system must be able to convert data into information that can be used for reliable decision-making. The expected outcome is an expert system to determine the eligibility status of PKH beneficiaries based on existing criteria.
