The test results also show that all data in this research model do not experience multicollinearity problems, in the classic assumption test of heteroscedasticity the test results show that all research data do not experience heteroscedasticity problems, as well as the classic assumption test in the classic assumption test of normality where the test results show that all data are normally distributed and in the classic assumption test of autocorrelation the test results show that all data in this study do not experience autocorrelation. The results of partial inferential analysis show that expenditure in the field of village government administration has a negative and significant effect on the human development index, expenditure in the field of village development implementation has a positive and significant effect on the human development index, expenditure in the field of community development has a negative and significant effect on the human development index, expenditure in the field of village community empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the human development index.
