Abstract
Research entitled "The Influence of Leadership Style, OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior), and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Taebenu Kupang Sub-district Office". written by I Putu Dedi Aryadi NIM 811211, supervised by Dr. Henny A. Manafe, SE.,MM. and Anggraeny Paridy, SE, M.Sc. The Kupang Regency Government through several district government agencies including, Civil Service Agencies, agencies, Institutions, Sub-districts, urban villages and village apparatuses carry out their duties and responsibilities in order to realize the vision and mission of the Government itself. The sub-district which is one of the parts of the government's distribution in carrying out its Roles and responsibilities is a division of the administrative territory of the Republic of Indonesia under the Regency or City. A sub-district is led by a sub-district head and is divided into several urban villages and villages. Taebenu District is a district that is part of Kupang Regency whose territory was formed by Kupang Regent Regulation No. 19 of 2005 dated February 21, 2005 with an area of 9,776.67 Ha, consisting of 8 (eight) villages with 116 RT, 54 RW and 36 Hamlets, population: 16,857 people with 3,878 Heads of Families. Geographically, the boundaries of Taebenu District are: The North borders Kupang Tengah District, The South borders Nekamese District, The East borders Amarasi District, The West borders Maulafa District, Kupang City. Topographically, Taebenu District is a hilly and mountainous area with the main livelihood of the community being farming and raising livestock. The livelihood with these geographical conditions still has a lot of potential areas that have not been fully processed properly. Whether it is the potential of agriculture, plantations, forestry, inland fisheries and others, well because of human resources and infrastructure such as transportation and communication facilities that are not yet adequate. . As one of the agencies that are part of the Kupang Regency government, Taebenu District Refers to the concept of the Vision above and the Vision of Kupang Regency, namely to become one of the EXCELLENT Regencies in the development of community residents in the Eastern Indonesia region, Taebenu District with all members of its organization is committed to trying to achieve the vision of the Kupang Regency Government which will be stated in the Strategic Plan by establishing the vision of the best Taebenu District in Kupang Regency The type of research in this study is Quantitative Research .. the population in this study is all employees of the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency with a total of 51 people. the types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while the data analysis technique in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out by means of a census of all employees at the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the description of Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance at the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency is good. The results of inferential statistical testing show: Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee Work Motivation; Employee Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee Performance; Work Motivation mediates the influence of Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency. The contribution of Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture to Employee Work Motivation is 91.6%; while the rest is influenced by variables not included in this model. The contribution of Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture to employee performance is 78.20%, the rest is influenced by variables not included in this model. It can be suggested to the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency to maintain and if possible improve employee work motivation and performance by paying attention to Leadership Style, OCB, Organizational Culture at the Taebenu District Office, Kupang Regency. For researchers who will conduct research at the Taebenu Sub-district Office, Kupang Regency, it is hoped that they can choose variables other than the variables that researchers have done for the progress of the Taebenu Sub-district Office, Kupang Regency.
