Abstract

Flobamora Oepoi Sports Center (GOR Flobamora) is a multi-purpose sports arena in Oebufu Village, Oebobo District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Flobamora Gorge has a capacity of around 3,000 spectators. The Flobamora Gorge is also commonly used for martial arts and Futsal championships. At Gor Flobamora, ticket sales are still done manually, where spectators have to come to the counter to order and buy tickets. Manual sales like this can cause inconvenience for spectators such as long queues, risk of running out of tickets, and are also vulnerable to fake tickets which can cause losses to spectators. The solution to this problem will be to create a website-based booking application that can be accessed easily and quickly via devicessuch assmartphones or computers and this can also make it easier to manage ticket orders the latest information about match schedules and even the number of remaining tickets. The research method used was waterfall with the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language with Laragon as database storage. In this system, users must have a login account to buy tickets. If the transaction is successful, the user will get an electronic ticket which is sent via e-mail and can be printed as an entry ticket to the GOR. This application will make it easier for users to carry out transactions in ordering tickets for martial arts or futsal matches, so that the sales process becomes more effective and comfortable for the audience. The results of this study make it easier for the futsal committee in the ticket purchasing process and the futsal ticket sales system it also equipped with barcode scanning and ticket printing features that are easier and provide a more comfortable experience for users.
