Abstract
Human resources is an important part of an organization or company. Inside maintain and improve the productivity of an enterprise, the role of human resource management is very important in terms of manpower strive for willing and able to give them the best possible performance. In improving employee performance can be done in various ways one of which is by way of Promotion of Employment and Movements. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of promotions and transfers to employee performance at the mussel city administrations education and prexercise administration Kota Kupang. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The study is used using interview techniques on 27 people employees with a descriptive method (subjecs perspective). The results of this study indicate that promotions and transfers affect the performance of employees. Promotions positive and significant influence on employee performance. Mutations affect the performance of employees. Relationship between Advancement and mutation of a strong employee performance. Promotion of Employment and mutation is one important activity in the development of employees due to their promotions and transfers can motivate employees to improve performance is.
