Abstract

Development planning conference (musrenbang) is a public vehicle important to bring stakeholders to understand the issues and problems of regional development that aims to resolve the issue of rural development. One of the villages, that should be the implementation of musrenbangdes is Baumata Village where in the process of planning forums held this, there are lots of interesting phenomena that occur, particularly with regard to the involvement of the community and stakeholders steps to align its development plan through musrenbangdes. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) How does the evaluation results Musrenbangdes in Baumata Village? (2) What are the factors that determine the success and failure in implementation of the Musrenbangdes in Baumata Village? Measures conducted by researchers to conduct research is to look for the Baumata Village informants in the surrounding communities, village leaders, stakeholders, head PKK, and chairman of the youth to get data research subjects that really suit the characteristics of the study subjects. The process of data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by means of a qualitativeapproach. Results obtained The author of this study that: (1) this Musrenbang seen only a formality, because the results of musrenbang not the result of deliberation but results apparatus decisions and those who are interested only. Results musrenbang recommended to local governments are not all development activities carried out so that they musrenbang results that have not been implemented to date. (2) Factors weaknesses of each actor in musrenbang mutual interests and insist on maintaining success factor is the existence of laws or regulations regarding the implementation musrenbang obviously, a lot of people who support musrenbang. The government must be able to embrace and provide an understanding of musrenbang to the community, so that people know the importance of their involvement in decision making and are enthusiastic about participasitng in the musrenbang.For example with the holding of socialization about musrenbang.
