Abstract

Reseasch question 1) How to Manage Village Fund Allocation in Kenotan Village. 2) What are the contributions and benefits of Village Fund Allocation in Kenotan Village Development. 3)What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the management of Village Fund Allocation in Kenotan Village. The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation in Kenotan Village. 2) Knowing the contribution and benefits of Village Fund Allocation in the development of Kenotan Village. 3)Determine the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the management of Village Fund Allocation in Kenotan Village. This study uses qualitative data with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative which answers the management of village fund allocations in the Kenotan village development effort by collecting data systematically, analyzing and interpreting the data. The results of the study show that the allocation of village funds has a good impact on the implementation of village government and community empowerment, because in the preparation of a list of proposed activity plans that involve all components in the village, of course, it aims to convey aspirations regarding proposed activities that are of interest and needs of the community. The management of village fund allocation is used according to the planning, implementation, administration, accountability and utilization stages in accordance with the plan agreed in the musrembang for the realization or the results of the development properly. Internal factors that hinder village development, namely limited knowledge and understanding of human resources. External factors namely MusrembangDes and lack of public awareness. In the development, prior to the implementation of the village musrembang, it is necessary to involve the community, religious leaders, and village officials so that the stipulation and village proposals are in accordance with village regulations. Guidance and supervision from the local government must provide socialization and guidance to the treasurer in order to properly realize the funds.
