Abstract
Problem formulation 1) How is the financial management of the village in East Bokasape Village, Wolowaru District, Ende Regency. 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in village financial management in East Bokasape Village, Wolowaru District, Ende Regency. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the financial management of the village in the village of Bokasape Timur, Wolowaru District, Ende Regency. 2) To find out the factors that are inhibiting and supporting the financial management of the Village in East Bokasape Village, Wolowaru District, Ende Regency. This study uses qualitative data with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and interviews with the parties involved, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and other Community Leaders. The results of the study show that village financial management has a good impact on the administration of the village government, because in compiling a list of proposed activity plans that involve all components in the village, of course, it aims to convey aspirations regarding proposed activities that are the interests and needs of the community. Village financial management includes five stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The two factors that influence village financial management include supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are community participation, facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are human resources and communication.
