Abstract
The main variable used in this study is the Minister of Village Regulation No. 6 of 2020 in preventing the existence of Covid-19 in Naimana Village which is measured based on the Minister ofDes No. 6 of 2020 in preventing the Covid-19, namely: Communication aspects with indicators clarity of information and consistency regarding goals and objectives. instruction. Aspects of resources with indicators support apparatus, budget support and support facilities. Aspects of disposition with incentive indicators. Aspects of bureaucratic structure with indicators of coordination and accountability. The results of this study indicate that (1) The communication aspect shows that in Naimana Village there is already clarity in the implementation of Covid-19 prevention. Namely, socialization through mass media or print media, electronic media and socialization carried out directly at the village office. (2) The resource aspect shows that there is support from village officials, budget support, and facility support so as to prevent the spread of covid-19 in Naimana Village. (3) The disposition aspect shows that the community and officials voluntarily help so that the Naimana Village community can avoid Covid-19. (4) The aspect of the bureaucratic structure shows that the coordination and accountability of the district, sub-district and village governments is going well in providing technical guidance in preventing Covid-19 to the community. So far, no one in Naimana Village has tested positive for Covid-19. The conclusion is that Village Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2020 in preventing the occurrence of covid-19 is communication (clarity of information and consistency of goals and instructions), resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. To increase government activities in preventing the spread of covid-19 in Naimana Village, the following are recommended: first, the village government should increase supervision and control in the implementation of preventing the spread of Covid-19. The two village officials tightened up the process of controlling the entry and exit of the community into the village. Third, the Naimana Village Government should install a sign for the mandatory mask area.
