Abstract

Based on the results of this study found: 1)The level of effectiveness of the 2015 regional tax was achieved at 107,49% with very effective criteria. In 2016 the level of effectiveness was 100.0025% with very effective criteria. In 2017 the level of effectiveness achieved was 72.82% with less effective criteria. In 2018 the level of effectiveness achieved was 70.16% with less effective criteria. In 2019, the level of effectiveness achieved was 64.82% with the criteria of being less effective. Overall, the average level of local tax effectiveness achieved was 83,06. 2) The level of efficiency of local tax collection in 2015 was 21.7%, 2016 was 17.9%, 2017 was 48.1%, 2018 was 41.8%, and 2019 was 87.6%. We need to know where from 2015 to 2018 the criteria are very efficient. Then in 2019 it decreased with an efficient level of 87.6% in the fairly efficient category. Overall the average level of local tax efficiency achieved is 43.42%. 3) Regional tax growth from 2015 to 2016 was 15.08% and from 2016 to 2017 it decreased by minus 9.36%. Tax growth from 2017 - 2018 increased by 7.015 % and from 2018 - 2019 decreased by minus 10.35% overall the average regional tax growth rate achieved was 0.6%.
