Abstract

The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is whether the social and cultural factors influence the implementation of the family planning program in the Sonaf KB village. This writing aims to analyze and describe the Social and Cultural Factors Affecting the Implementation of the Family Planning Program in the KB Sonaf Village. The theory used as an analysis in this study uses the theory of implementation, social factors and cultural factors. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from informants directly while secondary data was obtained from data related to research variables in the form of literature, previous research, and books. The results of the study show that social and cultural factors influence the implementation of family planning programs in KB Sonaf Village, which can be measured through two aspects, namely social factors and cultural factors. The results of the analysis of social factors for rural communities who take part in the family planning program, receive counseling from the family planning party, and related villages regarding the importance of using contraceptives, regulating the birth spacing in the year they can get married, community compliance with government advice, and also the ability of the family planning team to mobilize. Social media discusses public opinion about the motto "Many Children, Many Sustenance" which has developed in this modern era and also about the role of traditional leaders in the success of the family planning program in Umutnana village. Based on the results of the above analysis, the authors conclude that the Social and Cultural Factors In Influencing the Successful Implementation of the Family Planning Program can be carried out properly, seen from the Implementor in accordance with the planned program and those who receive the impact of the implementation are the community. From the conclusions above, it can be suggested that the village government and related agencies in the village family planning program must maintain good cooperation with local governments, complete facilities to support the running of a program, the community always participates in the family planning program and the community must be more active in the process. activities carried out by the implementer.
