Abstract
Success of the cattle business, be it cattle, working cattle, and dairy cattle is highly dependent on the provision of feed and water is sufficient and qualified. On the field there's also a breeder who provide feed and water do not consider the amount needed based on body weight of cattle. Lack of knowledge of farmers on how to determine the amount of feed and water the cattle did not result in weight loss achieved and can reduce the value of the livestock sale. The determination of cattle weight gain can be solved by using fuzzy logic to determine the weight gain of cattle. In this study, a fuzzy logic method is used to Mamdani method Centroid defuzzification method. While the tool used was Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 C # ( C sharp ) to construct fuzzy applications. Application of fuzzy logic can help farmers so that they can know the weight gain of cattle based on the input of water and food consumption by livestock.
