Abstract

The income and assets of The province of Nusa Tenggara Timur is the Agency in charge of and responsible for all of the asset wealth of the area either chattels or things don't move that spread throughout the district/city se-East Nusa Tenggara province. Not rarely found the fact, that the local government or Regional Business Unit, managed by the regional government itself or by a Local Company it is not advantageous for the local government itself as well as for community and Development in General. For that local governments do logging user, rental utilization efforts, loan and insurance. In fact often found that utilization management has not performed optimally. The process of logging done up to now still using Microsoft excel and word software. This can help in the process of logging but in the process the report, the need to find data within the files one by one. To address the above problems, The income and assets of The Nusa Tenggara Timur province to build a computerized application programs that can facilitate or assist in the retention process and the making of the report. Development methods used in developing this application is the method waterfall which is a system development method which includes systems analysis, systems design and implementation. While the data flow method using structured methods i.e. DFD (Data Flow diagrams) in describing the functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) to describe the data model. This method was chosen because it is considered suitable to make application development. Application development system is to be used is software Borland Delphi 70 and MySQL. Applications that will be developed will be able to handle logging management and asset utilization and asset data cooperated used try by third parties on The income and assets of The province of Nusa Tenggara Timur, and manage data – the data into an overall report on the utilization of the user enterprise, rental, loan and insurance.
