Abstract

Based on the number of poor households who are at the ward office in Oebufu as many as 300 people were recorded from each RT and subsidized rice are eligible to receive as many as 40 families, but in practice the distribution of subsidized rice conducted by the ward office Oebufu are still have many problems, namely the Chairman of RT is still subjective in the determine whether or not the household is entitled to receive a distribution of subsidized rice and not in accordance with defined criteria namely monthly income, the load in the family, house condition and the receiver of the previous profit.This study used a Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) method includes grouping of criteria into a hierarchy, manufacture pairwise comparison matrixs of criteria. Of these problems required Decision Support Systems (DSS) in the handle, so that the distribution of subsidized rice is right on target in accordance with the applicable provisions in the ward office of Oebufu.
