Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is any influence learning habbit and learning motivation on mathematics SMP N 13 Kupang academic year in 2016/2017. The data used in this study is value data learning achievement and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. Before to testing a hypothesis, conducted prerequisite test that is normality test for achievement data and questioner. In this case if the result of the calculation shows Dcount≤ Dtable then H0 is received or the data were normally distributed and if Dcount> Dtable means reject H0 or data that are not normally distributed. From the analysis of achievement data obtained value Asymp.Sig (2- tailed) = 0.073> 0.05 then H0 is accepted, thus can be conclude normal distributed data. While from learning habbit questionnaire data obtained value Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,433> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and from learning motivation questionnaire data obtained value Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.938 > 0.05 then H0 is thus can be concluded the data were normally distributed. Hypothesis testing using simultaneous, after the data was analyzed obtained value sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount = 10,784 > Ftable = 3.18 then accepted the H0, that concluded there was a significant influence of learning habbit and learning motivation to the mathematics learning achievement of students of class VII A and D of SMP N 13 Kupang academic year in 2016/2017. The result of this study are indicate that the habbit of learning and motivation of learning has an influence on mathematics learning achievement.
