Abstract
Employee performance is the achievement of the implementation of tasks or work by a person or work team in an effort to achieve predetermined organisational targets. Based on the performance of employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of East Nusa Tenggara Province, there are several performance indicators that are not optimal because they do not reach the target and are estimated to be influenced by organisational culture, work discipline, and work motivation. This study aims to find out: 1) Respondents' perceptions of organisational culture, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance at the Department of Youth and Sports of East Nusa Tenggara Province; 2) Significance of the influence of organisational culture, work discipline, and work motivation partially on employee performance; 3) Significance of the influence of organisational culture, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the variables of organisational culture, work discipline and work motivation and employee performance are in very good category. Organisational culture, work discipline and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Organisational culture, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
