Abstract

Ersaokta Flarista Sida (32119040), with the research title “the effect of training and work environment on employee performance mediated by organizational Citizenship Behavior variables at Hotel Kristal Kupang” under the guidance of Mrs. Anggraeny Paridy, SE., M.Si as supervisor 1 and Mrs. Stefanie N. B. Burin, SE., MM as supervisor II. Hotel Kristal Kupang is a company engaged in the field of services, providing quality lodging services, food and beverage sales peyewaan room for activities or other events. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of employees who mediated organizational Citizenship behavior variables in hotel Kristal Kupang. The population in this study were all employees at the hotel Kristal Kupang totaling 117 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used is statistik quantitative descriptive statistical analysis using Smart PLS. The results of descriptive analysis describe the variables of training, work environment, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance are included in the category of very good. The results of inferential analysis (PLS) showed that: training and work environment variables had no significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Kristal Kupang , Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables were able to mediate training variables on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables were able to mediate the work environment on employee performance at Hotel Kristal Kupang. Kontribusi variabel Pelatihan, Lingkuknan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 0,512 atau 51,2%,demikian juga kontribusi variabel Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,493 atau 49,3%. SisanyaThe remaining48.8% and 50.7% are the contribution of other variables that are not included in this research model. Based on the analysis, it is suggested to Hotel Kristal Kupang needs to improve training programs yang related to hospitality that aims to improve kuthequality of Service and employee performance, as well as improving the quality of the work environment is very important to create a comfortable and productive atmosphere. And to improve organizational citizenship behavior requires the development of knowledge and skills of employees through a thorough internal training program. Enthusiastic and participation with all the work of the hotel and help each other to complete all the work of the hotel so as to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
