Abstract

The title of this thesis is Profile of Student Learning Style of Class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, Belu Regency, Academic Year 2021/2022 and its implications for the Tutoring Program. The problems explored in this thesis are 1) What is the profile of the students' learning style in class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, Belu Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year? 2) What are the implications of student learning styles of XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, Belu Regency for the academic year 2021/2022 for the tutoring program? The objectives to be achieved are to find out 1) Profile of student learning styles in class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, Belu Regency, for the academic year 2021/2022. 2) The implications of learning styles for students of class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, Belu Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year for tutoring programs.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection tool in the form of a student learning style questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the percentage. The results of the analysis of research data showed that students classified as having a visual learning style were 13 students (54.17%), students who had an auditive learning style were 4 students (16.67%), and students who had a kinesthetic learning style were 7 students (29.17%). In accordance with the results of the research above, the researchers provide suggestions: 1. For school principals, it is expected to increase their role as leaders and coordinators so that they can coordinate all school personnel so that together they help students understand their learning styles. 2. For BK teachers, they should provide information services about learning styles so that students can maximize their learning process and get optimal learning outcomes. 3. For students, it is expected to know their learning style and be able to apply their learning style to make it easier to digest the lessons delivered by the teacher.
