The suggestions to be conveyed by researchers include: the government as tourism agency in the city of Kupang must prioritize the management and development of infrastructure in tourist attractions. There must be good cooperation between government institutions in developing the tourism industry in Kupang city so that it can absorb the existing workforce. The next researcher is suggested to accompany other variables that influence the application of labor.
