Abstract
Learning achievement is the result achieved by students in a certain period. Student learning achievement is influenced by many factors, including student attitudes, learning motivation, the role of teachers and learning activities, both partially and simultaneously. This research is broken down into three problems. (1) What are the response of students to learning achievement, student attitudes, learning motivation, the role of teachers, and learning activities of students of class VIII at Haliwen State Junior High School in the Academic Year of 2019/2020? (2) Do student’s attitudes, motivation of learning, the role of teachers, and learning activities of students partially have a positive and significant effect on student achievement in class VIII at Haliwen State Junior High School in the Academic Year of 2019/2020? (3) Do the attitude of students, learning motivation, the role of teachers, and learning activities of students simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on student achievement of class VIII of Haliwen State Junior High School in the Academic Year of 2019/2020? The population of this research are 162 students of class VIII of Haliwen State Junior High School in the Academic Year of 2019 - 2020. As a research sample, 113 students of Class VIII were taken by proportional stratified the random sampling technique of the Slovin formula. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the categori of learning achievement variable is very good with an indicator achievement of 86.64. The categori of the student attitude variable is very good with 80.19 indicator achievement. The categori of learning motivation is categorized as good with 74.50 indicator achievement. The categori of role of teachers is very good with the indicator of achievement 86.75. And the categori of learning activity variable is good with 85.94 indicator achievement. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that partially the attitude variables of students had a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Haliwen State Junior High School with a tcount of 2.464 and a significant value of 0.015.
