Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of archive management on employee performance in the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The form or type of this research is associative research with quantitative analysis, with a view to finding the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. namely the product moment correlation. From the results of the research, it shows that in calculating the product moment correlation coefficient, it is found that the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient is greater than the rtable value (0.990> 0.425). So that the hypothesis put forward in this study can be accepted, namely the management of archives has a positive or strong influence on the work efficiency of employees at the General Bureau of the East Nusa Tenggara Governor's Office.
