Abstract
This research is aimed to know: 1) An overview of civil servant employee’s education level, mutation, job motivation, and job performance in Belu Civil Service Police Unit Office (CSPU). 2) The effect of education level, mutation, job motivation on civil servant employee’s job performance in Belu CSPU Office. 3) The effect of education level and mutation on civil servant employee’s job performance in Belu CSPU Office. 4) The effect of education level on civil servant employee’s job performance in Belu CSPU Office through job motivation as intervening variabel. 5) The effect of mutation on Belu civil servant employee’s is job in Belu CSPU through job motivation as intervening variabel. The data are collected from 46 civil servant employees as respondents to questionnaires distributed and through my own observation. Then, data is processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis statistic analysis and inferential statistic analysis. The result of statistic descriptive shows good condition in education level, mutation, work motivation, and job performance. The results of F and t test’s show significant influence of education level and mutation on civil servant employee’s job performance in Belu CSPU Office. As job motivation, there is no direct influence to civil service employee’s job performance in Belu CSPU Office. Data shows the influence of education level with job motivation on civil servant employee’s job performance in inferential statistic analysis is not significant. Also, the influence of mutation with job motivation is not significant for all civil servant employee’s job performance. Based on this research, it is suggested: 1) Belu Civil Service Police Unit Office can give opportunity to civil servant employees with elementary school and junior high school qualification to continue their higher education level to upgrade the quality of human resources. 2) Belu Civil Service Police Unit office is hoped to show more attention for some mutation data of civil servant employees who commit any violation with any new job to build up their character. 3) Belu Civil Service Police Unit Office should increase job quality indicator of their job performance because it is found that their job quality is low compared to the other job. All the civil servant employees need to put more priority on job quality than job quantity in working area. Belu Civil Service Police Unit Office must maintain the good research variable and improve it to be better and make it the best Civil Service Police Unit’s job performance in the future.
