Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to see the effect of trust on BRILink services in Oepura. 2) the researcher wants to see the effect of Daya Guna on BRILink Services in the Oepura unit. 3) see the effect of Risk on BRILink Services in the Oepura unit. 4) To find out simultaneously and partially regarding the Trust, Usability and Risk of BRILink Services in the Oepura unit. This study uses quantitative data, the type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a significant level of 5%. There are 100 samples in this study were analyzed by Eviews 10 using four components, namely. 1) Normality test 2) Multicollinearity test, 3) heteroscedasticity, 4) autocorrelation. The results obtained: Trust, Usability and Risk have a simultaneous and significant effect on BRILink Services. From the results of this study, it is suggested to the BRILink Agent Unit Oepura to further improve the existing BRILink Services.
