Abstract

The title of the research is the Performance of Village Office Employees in Administrative Services in Ballu Village, Raijua District, Sabu Raijua District. The purpose of this study (1) To determine the performance of employees in administrative services in Ballu Village, Raijua District, Sabu Raijua Regency. (2) To find out what factors hinder employee performance in administrative services in Ballu Village, Raijua District, Sabu Raijua Regency. The theory used in this research is T. R. Mitchell's theory in Sedarmayanti namely; 1 Quality of work, 2. Speed, 3. Initiative, 4. Ability, 5. Communication. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques (1) Observation (2) Interviews (3) Documentation Data analysis techniques (1) Data reduction (2) Data presentation (3) Decision making or verification Research results (1) Employee work quality cannot be said to be good, because there are still people who complain in the process of receiving services (2) Accuracy in providing administrative services, the government has collaborated with the sub-district regarding strategies and efforts to help take care of all community needs (3) The ability of the Ballu village government has not been said to be good because there are still employees who cannot operate computers or laptops (4) employees lack initiative due to the lack of ability to provide services (5) communication that is carried out in providing services has not been said to be good, there is still miscommunication between village officials and the community. (6) supporting factors in providing services to the public such as management of public complaints and control and evaluation. (7) the inhibiting factors for services at the Ballu village office are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, weak use of technology and the ability of employees to carry out their duties.
