Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of price (X1), service (X2) and interest (X3) on maxim online transportation users for students statistically and to find out a general description of price, service and interest descriptively. This study uses quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data by using a questionnaire technique (list of questions). The population in this study were all 1465 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample in this study used the slovin formula with a sample of 94 people. Then the data is processed using the SPSS program to find multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination test (R2). Partially the service variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on maxim online transportation users (Y) because the t count > t table (13.099 > 1.990) and the significant value < t table (1.919 < 1.990) and significant value > 0.05 (0.058 > 0.05) and interest variable (X3) has no effect positive and not significant to online transportation users maxim (Y) because the value of t count < t table (- 1.220 < 1.990) and a significant value > 0.05 (0.226 > 0.05). Based on the descriptive results of the general description of each variable carried out, it is known that in maxim online transportation users of FEB Unwira students, as many as 14% stated that they strongly agreed, 37% agreed, 34% stated neutral and 9% stated that they disagreed with price, service, and interest. With a small percentage, in this case the independent variable explains the dependent variable, the authors' suggestions for further research are expected to look for other factors or variables that can explain customer satisfaction with a large percentage.
