Abstract

Marketing strategy used by CV. Cipta Widya Karya At this time, namely distribution and promotion strategies by marketing on social media like Facebook. Marketing on social media like this course has disadvantages, namely the difficulty of providing detailed information about the housing offered to consumers so that the performance of the marketing part in determining home products spends a lot of time. Therefore it is proposed an application to provide convenience for consumers and to help performance in terms of ordering data order and payment for the marketing section. This application is built using a waterfall model, with the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database. It is expected that this marketing website can simplify visitors to various things, such as seeking ease of information in the form of, location, price, installments buying houses and easy bookings for visitors without having to come to location and when will want to visit the location. So that in the transaction process does not spend a lot of time.
