Abstract
This research aims to describe the implementation of learning using the discovery learning model in integer material and to find out whether there is an influence of the discovery learning model on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students in integer material at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang. This research is research with a focus on experimental classes with the experimental design method and the research design is one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang. The sample in this research was 29 class VII K students. The results of the research show that the implementation of learning using the discovery learning model goes well according to the stages of implementation and increases the enthusiasm for learning of students. The results of the next research show that the Sig. (2-tailed) value =0,000<0,05 and t_count>t_(table ) then It can be concluded that H_a is accepted and H_0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the discovery learning model on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students in integer material at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang.
