Abstract

The Kera Sakti Indonesian Men and Women's Silat Family Association (IKSPI) is a martial arts organization headquartered in Madiun City, East Java. Currently, pencak silat which is part of IKSPI has 118 branches throughout Indonesia, including the Kupang Regency Branch. This branch currently has 246 active members. Every year, new members are admitted with a quota of around 40-50 people. Meanwhile, old member data is updated every six months through member card collection. The process of registration, data storage and organizational promotion is currently still done manually through banners. Financial management, especially member registration payments, is also done manually by recording in the cash book. This situation presents a high risk of data loss or damage. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to create a web-based information system application. This application aims to help IKSPI Kera Sakti Kupang Regency Branch in promoting the organization, accepting member registrations, making member payments, and carrying out computerized member data collection. This research applies the Waterfall method, application development will be carried out using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.The result is an effective website that facilitates the organization's needs more efficiently.
