Abstract

The background of this research is the analysis of the income of female grabbike driver services in Kupang city. This study aims to find out the amount of revenue of female grabbike driver services and the supporting and inhibiting factors of grabbike service services for female drivers in Kupang city. The sample in this study amounted to 30 female grabbike driver services in the city of Kupang, the data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using qualitative descriptive, namely to reveal or describe something about the situation that is in accordance with accurate facts from the location studied. The results of this study show that the lowest income is 11 informants where the income obtained is UMR in 2023,. Meanwhile, the drivers who received the highest income amounted to 19 informants where the income obtained was above the UMR in 2023. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the amount of income of female drivers in the city of Kupang is determined by the distribution pattern of the base or place where the grab bike is located, the length of working hours, and the working experience of the female grabbike driver services in the city of Kupang. Some of the inhibiting and supporting factors for female grabbike drivers are external and internal factors. Grab Indonesia's management as a service manager is advised to further improve the level of security and safety for female grabbike drivers. At the time of operation.
