Abstract

School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) are very helpful in completing facilities and infrastructure in schools. Educational facilities are equipment used in the educational process, for example tables, chairs and learning media. On the other hand, educational infrastructure is facilities that can support the running of an educational process, such as school grounds, parks, libraries and laboratories. Having complete facilities and infrastructure can help students to focus on learning, can improve the learning experience, can increase time and space efficiency, can support students to hone their potential and can make the learning environment more comfortable, so that the quality of education continues to increase. This research aims to determine the management of BOS funds on the quality of facilities and infrastructure at SD Gmit Oesapa. Therefore,to achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation with a population of 46 people. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and inferential statistical analysis techniques using product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the management of BOS funds at Gmit Oesapa Elementary School is categorized as good, in terms of indicators: 1) Financial Planning, 2) Use of Finance, 3) Financial Accountability/evaluation, 4) Financial Supervision. Meanwhile, the quality of facilities and infrastructure at SD Gmit Oesapa is in the good category in terms of: 1) analysisof needs for facilities and infrastructure, 2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure, 3) Inventory of facilities and infrastructure, 4) Maintenance function of facilities and infrastructure.Based on the product moment correlation test analysis, it is known that the coefficient of determination value is found at an R Square value of 0.138. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 13.8%, the remaining 86.2% is explained by other variables not explained in this research. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression coefficient value for BOS fund management is 1.017, which means that if the BOS fund management variable increases by one unit, the influenceof BOS fund management on the quality of facilities and infrastructure increases by 1.017. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that there is an influence of BOS fund management on the quality of facilities and infrastructure at Gmint Oesapa Elementary School.
