Abstract

UMKM Hai Bajo is a local souvenir shop that provides a variety of products such as traditional West Manggarai and NTT clothing, NTT woven fabrics, snacks typical of the West Manggarai region, and accessories made from NTT weaving. The shop is located on Jl. Frans Nala, Labuan Bajo, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. Although it is already quite well known, Hai Bajo still faces obstacles in utilizing information systems to support the promotion and sales process to be more effective and attract the attention of local and non-local communities. Currently, information management at the store is still done manually, which is less efficient. The development of an information system for promotional and sales media is expected to help Hai Bajo MSMEs increase the effectiveness of promotions and simplify the sales process. This system is designed to be integrated with the Midtrans, payment gateway and RajaOngkir service, allowing all transactions to be stored in the system automatically and simplifying the transaction process. The concept used is Model View Controller(MVC), with an interface based on Netmedia Framecode, using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as a database server. This system makes it easy for customers to access information and place orders online without the need to visit a physical store. Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance and expedition of the customer's choice integrated with RajaOngkir. In addition, this system also helps the manager or admin of UMKM Hai Bajo in managing sales data in a computerized manner, thereby increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
