Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Effectiveness of Land Book Management and Measurement Letters at the Kupang City Land Agency Office". The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of land book management and measurement letters and the obstacles faced in managing land books and measurement letters at the Kupang City Land Agency Office. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method. The theory used in this study is the systems approach (Robbin 199:58) with indicators such as: 1) Input, 2) Process, 3) Output. This study examines the effectiveness of land book management and measurement letters at the Kupang City Land Agency Office. The results of the study indicate that the management system has undergone significant improvements with the application of technology and digitalization systems.
