Abstract

SMKN 3 Kupang, as one of the vocational schools in Kupang City, plays a strategic role in producing graduates who are ready to compete in the workforce. Therefore, teacher job satisfaction at this school is an important aspect that needs to be considered to ensure the optimal learning process. Thus, further studies are needed to examine how school principal leadership, organizational culture, and school environment influence teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang.The research problems in this study are: 1) How are the descriptions of school principal leadership, organizational culture, school environment, and teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang?; 2) Do school principal leadership, organizational culture, and school environment have a significant partial effect on teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang?; 3) Do school principal leadership, organizational culture, and school environment have a significant simultaneous effect on teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang? This study employs a quantitative research method. The respondents in this study consisted of 63 teachers from SMKN 3 Kupang. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data were analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS application.The results of the study indicate that: 1) School Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, and School Environment at SMKN 3 Kupang fall into the 'Fairly Good' category; 2) School Principal Leadership has a significant effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang, as shown by the statistical test results with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. School Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang, as indicated by the statistical test results with a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. School Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang, as evidenced by the statistical test results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; 3) School Principal Leadership, School Organizational Culture, and School Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 3 Kupang, as indicated by the statistical test results with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. An R Square value of 0.550 or 55% shows that the independent variables (X1, X2, and X3) explain 55% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y).
