Abstract
This study is entitled “Influences of Headmastership, Teaching Admosphere, and Learning Facilities to Teaching Achievement of the Teachers of Private Senior High School (PSHS) of Reformasi Plus and Teacher Motivation as the Variable of Mediation”. The study was conducted by Soleman Dethan, NIM 811211055, supervized by Dr. Drs. Kletus Erom, M.Hum and Dr. Henny A. Manafe, SE, M.M. Work achievement is the result of the work of someone or a company. It is influenced by many factors, among other things, leadership, work admospheres, work facilities, working motivation, etc., both directly and indirectly. This study specifically investigates the influences of headmastership, school athmosphere, and learning facilities to teaching achievement of teachers of PSHS of Reformasi Plus, and teacher motivations as mediation variable. This study applied the quantitative method with survey technique on 30 teachers of PSHS Reformasi Plus. Data were analyzed applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data analisis was done applying descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The first aims at finding out the average percentage of indicator achievement and category levels of the variables. The Variable of Teaching Achievement of Teachers (Y) got 91%, with Good category. The Variable of Headmastership (X1) got 93%, with Good category. The Variable of School Admospheres (X2) got 97%, with Adequate category. The Variable of Learning Facilities (X3) got 99%, with Good category. The Variable of Teaching Motivation of Teachers (Z) got 88%, with Good category. The second aims at finding out the direct influences of Independent Variables: Headmastership (X1), School Athmospheres (X2), Learning Facilities (X3) to Dependent Variable: Teaching Achievemnt of Teachers (Y) and the Mediation Variable: Teaching Motivation of the Teachers (Z) that memediated indirect influences to the Indipendent Variable: Teaching Achievement of Teachers (Y). Variable X1 positively and significantly influenced Variable Y and Variable Z. Variable X2 positively and significantly influnced Variable Y, but did not significantly influence Variable Z. Variable X3 positively and significantly influenced Variable Y and Variable Z. Variable Z positively and significantly influenced Variable Y. Variable X1, through Variable Z, influenced but not significantly Variable Y. Variable X2, through Variable Z, influenced but not signifikantly Variable Y. Variable X3, through Variable Z significantly influenced Variable Y. The Determination Coeficient showed simultant influences of the Independent Variables: X1, X2, X3, and the Variable of Mediation Z of 89% to Variable Y and 11% is influenced by other variables not considered in this sudy. Based on the significances and the result of the data analysis and the discussion, it would be recomended to PSHS of Reformasi Plus and Yayasan Pendidikan Reformasi (Foundation of Reformation Education) Noelbaki to lift up the quality of headmastership and learning facilities to support optimal teaching achievement of the teachers of PSHS of Reformasi Plus Noebaki.
