Abstract

Thesis title: Career maturity profile and its implications for the career development program of Uwira Kupang administrative staff in 2025. The problem in this study is how the career maturity profile and its implications for the career development program of Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University administrative staff in 2025. The purpose of this study was to determine the career maturity profile and its implications for the career development program of Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University administrative staff in 2025. The population in this study was 161 and the sample was 46. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection tool in the form of a career maturity questionnaire. The data analysis technique for this study was to use central tendency analysis. The results of the data analysis of the career maturity profile of the administrative staff of Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University in 2025 as a whole were 162. This score is in the range of 156 - 202, which indicates that the career maturity profile of administrative staff is in the high category. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of each aspect are as follows: the career choice orientation aspect reached a score of 32, in the range of 30-38, including the high category, the information and planning aspect reached a score of 48 in the range of 46-59, including the high category, the consistency aspect reached a score of 32, in the range of 23-32, including the low category, the crystallization aspect of traits reached a score of 36, in the range of 36-46, including the high category, and the career choice policy aspect reached a score of 14, in the range of 13-16, including the high category. Based on the results obtained, the researcher provides suggestions to: 1) Vice Rector I, is expected to determine competency standards and periodic evaluation systems with administrative staff, 2) Dean, implement routine coordination and checklist of administrative staff tasks, 3) Head of Study Program, provide intensive assistance and involve administrative staff in the development of study programs, 4) administrative staff, are able to commit to continuous self-development
