Abstract
The Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model is the most studied variation of cooperative learning, which emphasizes the existence of activities and interactions among students to motivate each other. The Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) consists of six stages used to review the facts and basic information learned and serves to regulate the interaction of learners. . The issues raised in this study are (1) how the ability of teachers in managing Physics learning activities by applying cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) material of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018? (2) How is the completeness of learners' learning achievement indicator by applying cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) subject matter of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018? (3) How to complete the learning outcomes of learners by applying cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) the subject matter of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018? Based on the formulation of the above problem, the purpose of the research is to describe (1) The ability of teachers in managing Physics learning activities by applying cooperative learning model type Team Achievement Division (STAD) matter of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018. (4) Student response to learning process by applying cooperative learning model type Team Achievement Division (STAD) subject matter of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018. (5) The cooperative skills of learners by applying cooperative learning model type Team Achievement Division (STAD) subject matter plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018. (6) The evolution to the learning process by applying cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) the subject matter of plane is simple to class VIIIG students State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018? This research is descriptive research, where this research is conducted to describe or explain systematically, factually and accurately about facts and certain subject nature. Subjects in this study were teachers (researchers) and students class VIIIG State Junior High School 12 Kupang odd semester of academic year 2017/2018 which amounted to 26 people. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, tests, and questionnaires. The instruments used in this study are the assessment sheet and the observation of learning management by applying the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), the subject matter of plane, the test result (cognitive, affective and psychomotor), the respondents' cooperative skills of learners. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique by calculating average score for teacher ability, proportion for IHB and THB, and percentage for student's response and cooperative skill of learners. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that: The ability of Teachers in Managing Learning, Indicators of Learning Outcomes (cognitive, affective and psychomotor), Test Results Learning(cognitive,affective and psychomotor), Student Response, cooperative Skills, Evolution of learners on the implementation of learning by applying the model of cooperative learning Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) in the class VIIIG learner is optimal.
