Abstract
Video learning media is an alternative that can increase student participation in learning, so that students can learn actively. Learning media consists of several types, namely audio, audio-visual, and video media. The main problems in this study are (1) How is the validity of the learning video on the subject matter of acids and bases. (2) What is the response of students about learning video media on the subject matter of acids and bases. (3) How are the learning outcomes of students who use learning video media on the subject matter of acids and bases. (4) What is the relationship between the responses of the learning video media to the students' learning outcomes on the subject matter of acids and bases. (5) How is the effect of the response about learning video media on student learning outcomes on the subject matter of acid and base. The main objectives of this study are (1) to determine the validity of the learning video on the subject matter of acid-base. (2) Knowing the response of students about learning video media on the subject matter of acids and bases. (3) Knowing the learning outcomes of students who use learning video media on the subject matter of acids and bases. (4) Knowing the relationship of responses about learning video media to student learning outcomes on the subject matter of acid and base. (5) Knowing the effect of responses about learning video media on student learning outcomes on the subject matter of acid and base. From the analysis of the data obtained (1) the percentage of validation level by material expert validators as a whole is 88.637%, and the percentage of media validation level as a whole is 96.591%, it is stated that the media is very feasible to use. (2) The response of students about learning video media is included in the very good category with a percentage of 85.33%. (3) The completeness of learning outcomes of knowledge and skills obtained by students is 81.23 and is declared complete. (4) There is a significant relationship between responses about learning video media on learning outcomes, namely by comparing t count and t table, it is obtained 0.974≥ 0.635. (5) There is a significant effect between responses about learning video media on learning outcomes by comparing fcount ftable, obtained 0.948 ≥0.345.
