Abstract

The title of the thesis on the profile of social class XI 4 SMA Negeri Tasifeto Barat for the academic year 2021/2022 and its implications for the personal social guidance program. Problem formulation 1) What is the profile of social ethics in the school of class XI social 4 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat academic year 2021/2022 and its implications for the personal social guidance program? 2) What are the implications of the profile of social ethics in social class XI 4 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat academic year 2021/2022 for social personal guidance program? Formulation of the prolem. The purpose of this research is to find out 1) Profile of social ethics in social class XI 4 SMA negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat academic year 2021/2022 and its implication for the personal social gaudance program. 2) The implication of the profile of social ethics in schools class XI social 4 SMA negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat for the academic year 2021/2022 for a personal social gaudance program. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with tools data collector in the form of a student association questionnaire at school. The data analysis technique used is central trend analysis. The calculation result is known that x =155, SB = 13,45 GBX = 2,64. The result of these calculation are compared normal distribution of z values at the significance level 5%. From the comparison results with the table, it is know that the value (u=mu) is between x- (1,96 x GBX) and x + (1,96 x GBX). So, the minimum u-value at the 5% significance level is x- (1,96 x 2,64) = 155 – 5,17 =149,8 rounded up to 150. Maximum u-value x + (1,96 x 2,64) = 155 + 5,17 = 160,17 rounded to 160. From the above calculation, we get a minimum u = 150 and a maximum u of 160, so the average score of students social ethics class XI social 4 SMA Negeri 2 Tsifeto Barat (150+160)/2 = 310/2 = 155. The result of the analysis of the research data on the profile of social ethics in the class XI social 4 student of SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat showed an average score of 155, was in the range of 130-168, was in the good category, so it can be interpreted that social ethics class XI social 4 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat are able to get along ethically which is shown through an attitude of acknowledging, respecting, accepting others as they are, having empathy for friends and trying to listen to the voice of the heart in acting and speaking. According to the result of the study, the researcher provide advice to a) The principal as the person in charge of educational activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat is expected to support all planned guidance activities at the school, so that the implementation of the social person guidance program can be carried out in schools b) BK teachers at expected to enhance good cooperation. Both with homeroom teachers and subject teachers so that they can help students are able to get along ethically c) Homeroom teachers are expected to work together and always provide information to BK teachers at school about students who show poor ethics in social interactions so that they are followed up in guidance activities personal social according to the needs of students d) students are expected to be able to take part in a personal guidance program that is planned and implemented at the school.
