Abstract

Title thesis Academic Stress Profile of Learners and Their Implications for Tutoring Program (quantitative descriptive study on students of class XI IPS¹ SMAN Flobamorata Kupang Sports Blessings 2021/2022) school year). The problems in this study are: 1) how is the academic stress profile of students of class XI IPS¹ SMAN flobamorata kupang in the 2021/2022 and 2nd year of study for tutoring programs?. The purpose of the study was to find out: 1) academic stress profile of class XI IPS¹ SMAN Flobamorata Kupang Education Year 2021/2022 and 2) implications of academic stress profile of students of class XI IPS¹ SMAN Flobamorata Kupang Sports Blessings 2021/2022 for tutoring programs. This research method is quantitative descriptive with data collection tools in the form of academic stress questionnaire learners. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of central tendency. The calculation results are known x ̅ = 138.54, SB = 22.19 and 〖GB〗_ ̄X= 4.73. The result of the calculation is compared to the normal distribution table of the price z at the significance level of 5%. From the results of the consultation it is known that the value (μ = mu) is between ̄X- (1.96 x 〖GB〗_ ̄X) - ̄X+ (1.96 x 〖GB〗_ ̄X). From the above calculation obtained μ at least = 129.27 and μ a maximum of 147.81, then the average tendency of academic stress of students of class XI IPS¹ SMAN Flobamorata Kupang Sports Blessings in the 2021/2022 school year is: 129.27 +147.81 = 277.08 /2 = 138.54. Thus the average score of academic stress of students of class XI IPS¹ SMAN Flobamorata Kupang Sports Blessings in the 2021/2022 school year amounted to 138.54 which is in the range of scores 130-169, and belongs to the moderate category. Based on the results of this study, researchers provide advice to: a) Principals, it is expected to maintain and increase cooperation with all parties, especially BK teachers to carry out tutoring program activities in schools. b) Teacher Guidance and Counseling, is expected to increase good cooperation with classroom guardians and subject teachers in order to obtain information about learners who are experiencing problems to be followed up in tutoring. c) Learners, are expected to be actively involved in following tutoring services that are planned and implemented in schools so as to prevent academic stress problems experienced.
