Abstract
The thesis examines "Employee Work Discipline in Administrative Services at the Babotin Village Office, Botin Leobele District, Malacca Regency." With the aim of describing how employee work discipline is in administrative services at the Babotin Village Office, Botin Leobele District, Malaka Regency and the influencing factors of employee work discipline in administrative services at the Babotin Village Office. This research adopts discipline theory according to Rivai in Alfiah (2019) where there are 5 indicators that are the focus of this research, namely attendance, compliance with work regulations, compliance with work standards, high level of alertness, and work ethics. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing or summarizing the data obtained, then presenting data that is related to the title. The results of the research show that employee work discipline in administrative services at the Babotin Village Office, Botin Leobele District, Malacca Regency is running well, including: (1) Attendance at the Babotin Village Office is still low because there are several employees who do not enter the office on time and need to be improved. again, (2) compliance with work regulations has not been implemented optimally and needs to be improved further, but regarding service regulations, both employees and the public have complied with and carried out an orderly service process, (3) compliance with employee work standards has been implemented quite well seen from the perspective of fair division of tasks to encourage a high sense of responsibility and provide direction to the public who sometimes still do not understand the flow of services, even though sometimes there are still employees who are outside the office after the break is over, (4) high alertness of employees has been carried out well and in accordance with its function, (5) Work Ethics is good in terms of creating a harmonious atmosphere in creating employee work discipline, whether from superiors to subordinates, subordinates to superiors and even among other employees. This can be seen from the attitude of mutual respect and mutual assistance with each other. employee. Factors that influence employee work discipline in administrative services include attitudes and awareness.
