Abstract

This the is entitled employee performance analysis at the Detukeli sub-district office ende regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of employees at the Detukeli sub-district office ende regency. This study uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto,(2006;50) as a tool to measure performance. The methods used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews,and documentation. Based on the research results reviewed by the researcher , the performance of employees at the Detukeli district Head’s office in Ende regency , assessed based on productivity, service Quality, responsiveness, and accountability, is generally considered inadequate. This ia due to several factors that have not yet been maximized, resulting in employee performance at the Detukeli district head’s office in Ende regency not achieving its intended goals.
